  • Repeat on the other leg. 

Pelvic Lift 

  • Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Make sure both arms are extended by your sides with palms facing down. 
  • Lift your pelvis off the floor, squeeze your buttocks and press your hips as high as possible. 
  • Hold for a moment, then release your hips back to the floor. Perform 10 repetitions. 

Hip Flexor Stretch

  • Start out by kneeling on your right knee and place the left foot in front of you. Make sure your torso is upright, and rest your hands on your hips for stability. 
  • Push your hips forward as far as comfortable while keeping your torso upright. You should feel a deep stretch in your right hip. 
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds, then switch to the other leg and repeat.
